He is the Chief Executive Officer of United Hardware, the premier buying and marketing group for builders’ merchants, DIY, and home garden retail stores across Ireland, boasting a network of over 160 stores.
Prior to his tenure at United Hardware, he served as the Managing Director of Bunzl Ireland, a prominent supplier catering to hygiene, catering, and safety needs, within one of Ireland’s leading distribution groups, Bunzl plc.
Paul’s is a Chartered Director and currently serves as the President of the Hardware Association of Ireland. His past leadership roles include Chair of Retail Excellence Ireland, where he served on the board for 14 years. In addition, he also holds several Non-Executive Directorships with Irish and European businesses.
