He is a Belgian commercial engineer, who worked as global associate director in P&G’s HQ global operations in the commercial excellence team till 2012. He had his own global consulting practice Shopting with 5 partners in Western Europe and Latin America (with customers like Leclerc in France, Colruyt Belgium, Carulla in Colombia, Coca Cola Western Europe, L’Oréal Germany, Nutricia Global, Tecnoquimicas Pharma in LA,…)and is since 2020 an independant strategic advisor. He is the co-author with Dr Brian Harris of the industry ECR-books the ‘The consumer & shopper journey framework’ and ‘Category management yesterday, today & tomorrow’. He is a thought leader expert in the global category Management expert group for the ECR community.
