Neil has worked in the DIY industry for over 30 years, including senior roles at Kingfisher and a supplier to DIY retailers across the world. In 2005, Neil founded mdj2, a consulting company supporting DIY retailers and suppliers across Europe with growth, efficiency and change projects. He is a past speaker at the Greek DIY & Home Improvement conferences. mdj2 help busy senior executives in retail businesses to deliver their strategic, change and improvement projects . In 2020 Neil qualified as an Executive Coach and now combines retail consulting with coaching & mentoring.
